Welcome to SI Guided — The Digital Lab Division of Stanley Institute

As a Stanley Institute alumnus, you’ve already committed to delivering the highest standard of implant care. But even the most skilled clinicians need trusted tools to streamline the process and reduce uncertainty. That’s where SI Guided comes in.

Built exclusively for our alumni, SI Guided combines expert prosthodontic planning, digital precision, and personalized support to help you place implants with total confidence. By offering this service only to doctors trained through our curriculum, and involving Dr. Robert Stanley in every case, we ensure a consistent, high-trust experience from start to finish.

With a clear, four-step workflow and done-for-you lab support, SI Guided positions you—the provider—as the hero of your patient’s story, giving you the tools to achieve efficient, predictable outcomes every time. Your training laid the foundation. SI Guided helps you carry it forward.

Our 4-Step Workflow

Each case is seamlessly managed through our streamlined digital process:

1. Impression & Scan

The implant doctor acquires an intraoral scan (STL) or traditional impression along with a CBCT (DICOM) of the patient. Digital data is submitted through our secure SI Guided online portal.

2. Plan

Dr. Stanley reviews and digitally plans the case. An optional GoTo Meeting is available for collaborative review and discussion with the placing doctor.

3. Design

Our in-house lab team designs and fabricates the surgical guide, surgical protocol, and any immediate provisionals. A detailed surgical report is included.

4. Place

The placing doctor receives the full guide shipment, ready to perform the surgery with confidence and clarity.

Testimonials

“I am almost embarrassed to admit how late to the game I was in using surgical guides.
I learned in the days when guides were available but sketchy….so thanks to a rebooting of my implant education at Stanley I am now doing everything fully guided with the incredible guides at SI.   SI’s guides have taken the anxiety down, vastly decreased chair time and more importantly the precision of implant placement is just spot on.   I never thought implants would be easier than doing a crown….but now it’s true.  Just increased my confidence and enjoyment of placing implants immensely.
The consults that accompany the guides are concise, educational and give me great confidence going into the procedure…and make me aware of potential complications that I need to have the patient own should they happen…before the procedure is done.
    Love these guides!”

"Attending both the Stanley Institute implant tracks and partnering with SI guided for case planning and guide fabrication marked a huge turning point in my practice.  For over 10 yrs I performed free-handed implant surgeries.  And although I felt i was well trained and successful, I knew I was leaving something on the table for my patients.  SI guided bridged the gap. Implant surgeries are now scheduled for less time, they are more predictable, they are less stressful, the prosthetic outcomes are more consistent, and our surgical costs and inventory have actually been reduced by knowing what implant we are using well before the patient shows up for the treatment. We have also been able to streamline the prosthetic workflow because of the entire system. If you want to keep doing implants the hard way, don’t use SI Guided.  If you want to look and feel like a pro, and never doubt another implant surgery ever again then you should use them. "
